Recommended Reading – Quiet

Though not addressing medical issues, this book recommendation may be interesting for many people.  I am an introvert through and through.  I came cross this book recently and found it an excellent read. I highly recommend it for both fellow introverts and for extroverts.  It offers insight and wisdom about the value of embracing our authentic selves and valuing our natural qualities, no matter where we are located on the introversion/extroversion spectrum.  The world needs both introverts and extroverts.
